Solar for Homes

Homeowners receive a robust, resilient rooftop solar array to achieve energy independence without the hassle of frequent maintenance.

The Cost of Solar

On average, the net cost of your array will be approximately 10 times your annual cost of electricity, and the break-even period is usually 6-8 years. Our solar, batteries, and electric vehicles chargers are all eligible for a 30% tax credit. Please speak with a tax professional to determine how to utilize the tax credit most effectively.

Our Services

In addition to installing your rooftop solar array, our fixed-price contract covers the cost of paperwork and communication with the power company and code enforcement to provide you with the best customer experience possible.

Warranties

Solar panels: 25-30 year warranty

Inverters: 25 year warranty

Batteries: 15 year warranty

Installation: 5 year warranty

Paying for Your Installation

If you are paying for your installation in cash, we will collect three equal payments. The first payment is due upon contract signing. The second payment is due when materials arrive on site. The final payment is due upon completion of the physical installation.

If you are financing your installation, we trust VSECU to all of our customers. They provide unique loan terms without hidden fees or prepayment penalties.

Operations & Maintenance

We spent months selected the most reliable equipment in the industry. Our equipment is incredibly robust and connected to the internet for monitoring. As a result, we don’t currently offer servicing agreements, because we have a “Do it right the first time!” mentality, so servicing agreements feel akin to selling snake-oil. Instead, we provide a 5 year installation warranty, and charge a fair servicing rate as-needed.
